I’m not one to promote multivitamins dahil kanya-kanyang hiyang yan, but my Twitter timeline is flooded with friends getting sick left and right. Like what I wrote before, when it comes to products I love, I kiss & tell!
It’s flu season again. Time to get our immunity system in tip top shape.
Ask my friends and loved ones and they’ll tell you that I hardly get sick. To stay healthy, I try to eat a well-balanced diet and I take several vitamins.
• I used to take a lot of supplements to get complete nourishment and boost my immune system
• Carrying a pillbox with all the vitamins seems geriatric! Haha!
Solution: I found a multivitamin with everything I need:
Nutrients, per softgel capsule:
Retinol Palmitate (Vitamin A), 5,000 IU
dL-alpha Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), 100 IU
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), 500 mg
Zinc (as Sulfate), 25 mg
