Argentina Corned Beef Salpicao October 15, 2012

Who loves Argentina Corned Beef? Raise your legs…
Who loves garlic? Raise your legs…
Who loves both? Raise your legs…

Here’s a recipe that combines both:

Argentina Corned Beef Salpicao

Ingredients:

4 cans of Argentina Corned Beef

1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

3 tbsp light soy sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

5-10 cloves of garlic, depends on how much you love it

2 tbsp olive oil

Easy peasy:

Step 1: Cook the garlic cloves in low heat

Step 2: Sauté the Argentina Corned Beef in garlic

Step 3: Add in all the sauces. Cook for 5-10 minutes.

Optional: You may add 1/4 cup of water for a sauce-y salpicao

Plating:

Mash the garlic into the Argentina Corned Beef

Feel free to close your eyes and savor the flavor

Repeat
